Jeffrey R. Raykos, P.E.
Jeff serves as the Vice President of Engineering at DMK Associates, Inc., bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. As a distinguished Professional Engineer, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University, an achievement he completed in 1988.
Since relocating to Florida in 2021, Jeff has been instrumental in driving a diverse array of civil engineering projects. His portfolio highlights his ability to deliver exceptional results, including innovative commercial site designs, state-of-the-art seawall and dock designs, and cutting-edge sports field designs. These projects encompass not only multi-purpose fields but also specialized areas such as croquet courts, pickleball courts, bocce courts, and even a unique miniature golf course.
Before his transition to Florida, Jeff amassed an impressive 33 years of experience in the public sector, focusing primarily on transportation projects with a specialization in bridge design and inspection. His extensive skill set covers all aspects of project management, highway design, and construction oversight. Notably, Jeff has successfully managed projects with construction budgets soaring up to $20 million and has rigorously conducted over 3,000 bridge inspections, underscoring his commitment to safety and quality in engineering.

Robert “Bob” Stanley, P.E.
Bob is a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager at DMK Associates, Inc., where he spearheads a dedicated team of engineers. He graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, establishing a strong foundation for his impressive career in civil engineering.
With over 40 years of expertise in managing, designing, and supporting process facilities, utility piping, and specialty equipment, Bob has made remarkable contributions to the industry. His innovative work has earned him two U.S. patents, demonstrating his commitment to advancing engineering solutions. Bob excels in designing potable water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utilities for both public and private sectors, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Outside of work, Bob values quality time with his family, enjoys restoring classic cars, and takes pleasure in riding motorcycles, reflecting his passion for both family and hobbies.
Andreia Paulino – P.E.
Andreia brings over eight years of unparalleled experience as a civil engineer in Florida, excelling in various branches of civil engineering. Her profound expertise in environmental engineering is crucial, especially in response to the recent regulatory changes implemented by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Water Management Districts (WMD).
Throughout her career, Andreia has successfully led both public utility design and private commercial and residential projects, working collaboratively with the talented engineering team at DMK Associates. She has played a vital role in numerous redevelopment initiatives and mixed-use developments, showcasing her ability to manage complex projects with precision.
Her comprehensive skill set encompasses all facets of civil engineering, including land development, innovative stormwater management systems (such as BMP Trains, ICPR 4, and StormCAD), and efficient water distribution and transmission systems (utilizing WaterCAD), as well as advanced wastewater collection and transmission systems (also leveraging WaterCAD).

Ray Steele, Civil CADD Technician, US Army Veteran
Ray is an accomplished Senior Civil CADD Technician with over 23 years of experience at DMK Associates, Inc., a leader in civil engineering.
Since relocating from Phoenix, Arizona, to Southwest Florida in 2001, Ray has been instrumental in developing construction plans for various civil and structural engineering projects. His expertise includes private and commercial site development, waterway bank stabilization, navigable waterway dredging, FDOT roadway expansions, and utility enhancements for both private and government projects. He has also made significant contributions to waterway control structures and sidewalk construction for the City of North Port.
Ray's structural design experience is noteworthy, covering architectural improvements, dock replacements, pedestrian bridge details, and specialized retaining walls, demonstrating his versatility and value within the engineering team.
Before his tenure in Florida, Ray served honorably in the U.S. Army as a Technical Drafting Specialist from 1987 to 1991, with significant postings in South Korea and Fort Lewis, Washington, before his deployment to Desert Storm. After returning to civilian life, he spent two years as a structural steel detailer in Phoenix before joining the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) in 1993, where he refined his civil engineering design skills over eight years.
Now residing in North Port with his wife Lori, whom he met at DMK Associates, Ray enjoys golf, beachcombing, and relaxing by their pool with their lively 6-year-old Queensland Blue Heeler, Bella Bindi.

With a rich and varied professional background, Deanna has honed her skills in several high-stakes environments. Her career began as an Administrative Assistant for the St. Louis Blues Hockey Team, an experience made even more intriguing by her Chicago roots (Go Hawks!).
