Kreg serves as President and Principal Professional Engineer at DMK Associates, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and brings over 35 years of experience to his role as Engineer of Record.
Kreg’s expertise spans land development, stormwater management, transportation infrastructure, and water and wastewater systems. He leads project planning and management as a designer, project engineer, and project manager.
Kreg has in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting, as well as experience in quality assurance and control, construction engineering and inspection, and contract administration. His dedication to quality supports sustainable and efficient community development.

Jeff is Vice President of Engineering at DMK Associates, Inc., bringing extensive experience and expertise to the role. As a Professional Engineer, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University, earned in 1988.
Since moving to Florida in 2021, Jeff has led civil engineering projects including commercial site designs, seawall and dock designs, and sports field developments. His work covers multi-purpose fields and specialized areas such as croquet, pickleball, and bocce courts, and a miniature golf course.
Before relocating to Florida, Jeff spent 33 years in the public sector, focusing on transportation projects and specializing in bridge design and inspection. He managed project management, highway design, and construction oversight. Jeff oversaw projects with construction budgets up to $20 million and conducted more than 3,000 bridge inspections, demonstrating his commitment to safety and quality.
Jeff lives in Parrish, Florida, with his wife, Betsy. They enjoy boating, visiting local beaches, and exploring the opportunities Florida offers.

Bob is a Senior Project Manager at DMK Associates, Inc., leading a team of engineers. He graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, providing a strong foundation for his career in civil engineering.
With over 40 years of experience managing, designing, and supporting process facilities, utility piping, and specialty equipment, Bob has contributed significantly to the industry. He holds two U.S. patents, reflecting his commitment to advancing engineering solutions. Bob specializes in designing potable water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utilities for public and private sectors, ensuring quality and reliability.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, restoring classic cars, and riding motorcycles, reflecting his passion for both family and hobbies.

Andreia has over eight years of experience as a civil engineer in Florida, with expertise across multiple branches of the field. Her strong background in environmental engineering is especially valuable in addressing recent regulatory changes by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Water Management Districts (WMD).
Andreia has led public utility design and private commercial and residential projects, collaborating with the engineering team at DMK Associates. She has contributed to redevelopment initiatives and mixed-use developments, demonstrating her ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Her skills include land development, stormwater management systems (including BMP Trains, ICPR 4, and StormCAD), water distribution and transmission systems (using WaterCAD), and wastewater collection and transmission systems (also using WaterCAD).
As a design engineer, Andreia excels in researching and planning projects. Her knowledge of permitting processes at local, state, and federal levels, along with her expertise in construction inspection and certification, ensures effective and sustainable engineering solutions.

Erica received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida in 2018.
Ms. Kelly has over seven years of experience in project management, quality assurance, quality control, permitting, construction estimating, and design. As an engineer, she supports DMK with permitting, design, and preparation of key Bid Services documents, including the Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost and Specifications, while consistently delivering high-quality results for clients.
She holds a Florida Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) certification, required for personnel who design, set up, operate, or inspect traffic control devices in work zones on Florida streets and highways. It ensures compliance with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards to maintain safety. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate, demonstrating expertise in data-driven methodologies such as DMAIC to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance organizational efficiency.
Ms. Kelly previously served in the United States Marine Corps.

Ray is a highly experienced Senior Civil CADD Technician with more than 23 years of experience at DMK Associates, Inc., a prominent civil engineering firm.
Since relocating from Phoenix, Arizona to Southwest Florida in 2001, Ray has played a key role in developing construction plans for a wide range of civil and structural engineering projects. His areas of expertise include private and commercial site development, waterway bank stabilization, navigable waterway dredging, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) roadway expansions, and utility improvements for both private and public sector projects. Additionally, he has contributed to the design of waterway control structures and sidewalk construction for the City of North Port.
Ray’s structural design experience encompasses architectural enhancements, dock replacements, pedestrian bridge detailing, and specialized retaining walls, reflecting his versatility and significant value to the engineering team.
Prior to his career in Florida, Ray served in the U.S. Army as a Technical Drafting Specialist from 1987 to 1991, with assignments in South Korea and Fort Lewis, Washington, followed by deployment to Desert Storm. Upon returning to civilian life, he worked as a structural steel detailer in Phoenix for 2 years before joining the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) in 1993, where he further developed his civil engineering design expertise over 8 years.
Ray currently resides in North Port with his wife, Lori, whom he met at DMK Associates. In his leisure time, he enjoys golf, beachcombing, and spending time by the pool with their energetic six-year-old Queensland Blue Heeler, Bella Bindi.

Deanna has served as Office Manager at DMK Associates for nine years, overseeing daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency. Her responsibilities include managing communications and contributing significantly to the engineering team's financial administration.
Deanna brings a diverse professional background, having worked in high-responsibility roles across multiple sectors. She previously served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a not-for-profit emergency medical services provider and as a manager of veterinary hospitals. Her career began as an Administrative Assistant for the St. Louis Blues, reflecting her adaptability across industries.
She enjoys spending time with her family when possible, as they are spread out across the country. Deanna is an avid animal lover and has rescued strays since childhood. She currently has three kittens, including a Munchkin cat.
