Kreg E. Maheu, P.E.
Kreg Maheu is the President and Principal Professional Engineer at DMK Associates, Inc. Kreg has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Maine.
Kreg brings over 35 years of experience as a civil engineer and brings expertise to his role as the Engineer of Record for the firm.
Kreg is involved with all aspects of civil engineering, including land development, stormwater systems, transportation, water distribution and transmission systems, wastewater collection and transmission systems, and planning projects as designer, project engineer, and project manager. He has extensive experience with local, state, and federal permitting application processes. His experience also includes QA/QC, construction engineering & inspection, and contract administration
Jeffrey R. Raykos, P.E.
Jeff Raykos is the Vice President of Engineering at DMK Associates, Inc. Jeff is a seasoned Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from the Pennsylvania State University in 1988.
Since moving to Florida in 2021, Jeff has taken on various civil engineering projects, including numerous commercial site designs, seawall and dock designs, designs for sport fields, including multi-purpose fields, croquet courts, pickleball courts, bocce courts, and even a miniature golf course.
Before moving to Florida, Jeff worked for 33 years in the public sector with extensive experience in transportation projects, specializing in bridge design and inspection. Jeff’s expertise includes Project Management, highway and bridge design and construction projects, and bridge design, analysis, and inspection projects. Jeff has successfully led projects up to $20,000,000 in construction costs and has overseen over 3,000 bridge inspections.
Jeff and his wife Betsy reside in Parrish, Florida, and enjoy boating, the beaches, and exploring all that Florida has to offer.
Robert “Bob” Stanley, P.E.
Bob Stanley is a Senior Project Manager at DMK Associates, Inc. He graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
Bob has over 40 years of experience in the management, design, and support of process facilities, utilities piping, and specialty equipment. He has received two US patents. Bob is involved with potable water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility design for both public and private projects.
He spends his off time with family, restoring classic cars, and riding his motorcycles.
Andreia Paulino – Design Engineer
Andreia has more than 8 years of experience in Florida as a civil engineer covering multiple disciplines.
Her expertise in environmental engineering is invaluable, particularly in light of the FDEP & WMD’s new rules. Her experience includes both public utility design and private commercial and residential projects. Andreia has worked on multiple redevelopment projects as well as numerous mixed-use projects. She has been involved in all aspects of civil engineering, including land development, stormwater management systems (BMP Trains, ICPR 4, and StormCAD), water distribution and transmission systems (WaterCAD), wastewater collection and transmission systems (WaterCAD), and enjoys researching and planning projects as a designer engineer.
Andreia has extensive experience with local, state, and federal permitting application processes and has experience in construction inspection and certification.

Our project managers work under time, financial, and resource constraints to ensure that your project is completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
Ray Steele, Civil CADD Technician, US Army Veteran
Ray is a senior Civil CADD Technician who has worked for DMK Associates, Inc. for over 23 years.
Ray moved from Phoenix, Arizona, to SW Florida in 2001. Since moving to Florida, he has created construction plans for a multitude of different civil and structural engineering design projects. Ray’s civil design experience includes private and commercial site developments, waterway bank stabilization and erosion control, navigable waterway dredging, FDOT roadway widening and turn lanes, utility expansion projects for both private developers and governmental agencies, waterway control structures, and miles of sidewalks for the City of North Port.
Ray’s structural design experience includes architectural improvements, dock replacements, pedestrian bridge abutment details, and special retaining wall details.
Before moving to Florida, Ray served in the US Army as a Technical Drafting Specialist (81B) between January 1987 and July 1991. During his tour of duty, he was stationed at Camp Mercer, South Korea, and Ft Lewis, Washington, before being deployed to Desert Storm. After receiving his honorable discharge from the Army in 1991, he returned to Phoenix. He spent the next 2 years as a structural steel detailer for a small private company before being hired by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) as a civil CADD technician in 1993. Ray spent the following 8 years refining his civil engineering design skills while working for ADOT and other civil engineering consulting firms in Phoenix.
Ray met and fell in love with his wife Lori when she worked at DMK, and they currently live in North Port, Florida. They enjoy spending time together on the golf course, looking for shells on the beach, or just relaxing by their pool. They also have a 6-year-old Queensland Blue Heeler named Bella Bindi that they adopted when she was a 9-week-old puppy.
AutoCAD Technicians
All of our drafting technicians have been with DMK for over 20 years.
Since AutoCAD Civil 3D is a virtual 3D environment, our design team can dynamically make project-wide changes on the fly, and the revisions are automatically populated throughout the project plan set. AutoCAD Civil 3D software provides our project designers with the tools needed to import survey field data and line work into three-dimensional Digital Terrain Models (DTM’s), allowing them the ability to create accurate cut & fill earthwork volume reports.
Our designers also use Civil 3D to create existing and proposed gravity and pressure pipe network systems, enabling them to identify and correct utility conflicts quickly.
Deanna Robison - Office Manager
Deanna has been the Office Manager for DMK for 8 years, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep DMK running smoothly. She handles everything from answering the phones to assisting with managing the company's finances.
Deanna has a diverse background. She was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a not-for-profit emergency medical services provider and has managed Veterinary Hospitals. She started her career as an Administrative Assistant for the St. Louis Blues Hockey Team, which was a direct conflict since she was born and raised in Chicago (Go Hawks!).
Deanna is an avid animal lover and has been since childhood. She enjoys spending time with her “crazy” family and traveling with her husband, Marty.
